General Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter and scope

a) The promoter is Sunspel Limited (“Sunspel”), who can be contacted at Norman House, Friar Gate, Derby DE1 1NU.

b) These General Promotion Terms and Conditions (“General Promotion Terms”) apply to all promotions run by Sunspel unless stated otherwise.

2. Where promotions run

a) Sunspel runs promotions both in its stores and on its websites.

b) Promotions may be:

• i) exclusively online promotions for all online websites;
• ii) exclusively online promotions available to certain customers on Sunspel’s territory-specific websites; or
• iii) exclusively in-store promotions.

3. Application of terms

a) These General Promotion Terms apply to each promotion.

b) Each promotion also has its own promotion-specific terms, which apply in addition to these General Promotion Terms.

4. Applying promotions

a) Promotions must be applied at the time of placing the order.

b) Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively.

5. Item-level discounts

a) Where discounts apply to individual items, the promotion-specific terms will outline how the discount is calculated.

b) In the event of a return, the refund will match the amount actually paid for the item after discount.

6. Order-level discounts

a) Where discounts apply to whole orders, the discount is applied to the basket value.

b) Refunds will be based on the total amount paid for the purchased item(s) less any discount.

c) Where multiple items are purchased, the discount is allocated proportionally across the items.

d) If some items are returned, the refund will reflect the full price of the returned item(s) minus the pro-rata share of the discount.

7. Promotional codes

a) Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless specified.

b) Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

c) Promotional codes apply to full-priced items only unless otherwise stated.

d) Promotional codes cannot be used against delivery fees.

8. Eligibility

a) Promotions are open to customers aged 16 years or over.

b) Employees of Sunspel, their immediate families and anyone else connected to the promotion are excluded.

9. Sunspel’s rights

a) Sunspel may amend promotion rules at any time.

b) Sunspel may withdraw promotions if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

c) Sunspel may cancel orders where promotional codes have been misused.

d) Sunspel may remove gifts-with-purchase if the terms are not met.

10. Acceptance of terms

a) By using a promotion, customers agree to:

• i) these General Promotion Terms; and
• ii) the applicable promotion-specific terms.

b) Sunspel’s decision on promotions is final.

11. Liability

a) Except where legally prohibited, Sunspel accepts no liability for direct or indirect loss arising from participation in promotions.

12. Marketing and privacy

a) If you opt in, you will receive emails about collections, events and promotions.

b) You can unsubscribe at any time.

c) Sunspel will process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy: sunspel.com/pages/privacy-policy.

13. Governing law

a) These terms (and promotion-specific terms) are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

“Buy More & Save” Terms and Conditions

1. Definition of Selected Underwear

a) “Selected Underwear” refers to all products shown on the applicable promotion landing page.

b) To qualify for the discount, all Selected Underwear in the order must be the same colour and size.

2. Discount structure

a) The following discounts will be applied automatically at checkout:

• i) 10% off when purchasing 3–5 pairs of Selected Underwear;
• ii) 15% off when purchasing 6–11 pairs; and
• iii) 20% off when purchasing 12 or more pairs.

3. Where the promotion applies

a) This promotion is available exclusively online across all Sunspel websites.

4. Returns and adjustments

a) If returning items reduces the total eligible quantity below the discount threshold, the refund will be recalculated accordingly.

b) Example: If 12 pairs are purchased at 20% off and 1 pair is returned, the refund is recalculated based on the 15% discount applicable to 11 pairs.

5. Withdrawal of promotion

a) Sunspel may withdraw this promotion at any time.

6. Restrictions

a) This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.
