Introduced to the collection by former Sunspel creative director Jonathan Anderson, it is made from high-quality cotton loopback fabric developed for warmth and comfort without bulk. Traditional details like the V-stitch neck and ribbed cuffs reference classic sportswear, while the neat fit allows it to be worn easily on its own or under a jacket.

The Loopback Sweatshirt takes the familiar form of an athletic sweatshirt and refines it through fabric, cut and detail. It was introduced to the collection by former Sunspel creative director Jonathan Anderson, with the aim of making something simple that felt considered and well made.
The sweatshirt is made from a soft, high-quality cotton loopback fabric, developed for warmth and comfort without bulk. The internal loop stitch traps heat while remaining breathable, giving the fabric a reassuring weight and a smooth feel against the skin.
Details are kept functional and understated. A V-stitch insert at the neck and ribbed cuffs reference traditional sportswear, while the neat fit allows it to work easily under a jacket or worn on its own. More recently, the style was worn by Brad Pitt in the film F1, bringing wider attention to a piece that has always been valued for its simplicity rather than statement.
